My background is in fitness and sports massage therapy. I discovered pilates and loved that it bridged the gap between my 2 trainings. I use my fitness knowledge to maximise the effectiveness of each pilates session. Using evidence based information to help you get stronger and fitter in a fun, friendly environment.

A class on the reformer machine for women during pregnancy. Strengthen and stretch and prepare your body for birth and beyond.

A consultation form will need to be completed and signed by your health care practitioner.
