I use my fitness knowledge to maximise the effectiveness of each pilates session. Using evidence based information to help you get stronger and fitter in a fun, friendly environment.

A class designed to challenge the more experienced student. Working towards the advanced exercises at an increased pace. Focussing on specific muscle groups to get results.
