My background is in fitness and sports massage therapy. I discovered pilates and loved that it bridged the gap between my 2 trainings. I use my fitness knowledge to maximise the effectiveness of each pilates session. Using evidence based information to help you get stronger and fitter in a fun, friendly environment.
Description
A mat class incorporating stretches for all major muscles along with classical pilates exercises to strengthen the core, improve posture, flexibility and mobility. We use techniques from the world of sports therapy such as PNF stretching, foam rolling, and much more.
