My background is in fitness and sports massage therapy. I discovered pilates and loved that it bridged the gap between my 2 trainings. I use my fitness knowledge to maximise the effectiveness of each pilates session. Using evidence based information to help you get stronger and fitter in a fun, friendly environment.

Description

A class suitable for women in all trimesters of pregnancy. Strengthen, stretch and mobilise. All exercise are chosen for their safety in pregnancy and their ability to assist your body during the challenges of pregnancy, labour and beyond.
