Adding free weights to your yoga practice can increase muscle awareness and boosts lean muscle mass and flexibility. Add a dash of cardio bursts to increase your cardiovascular endurance and elevate your heart rate ~ and the only way to make it more perfect is to end with some deep stretching and Yoga Nidra! Suitable for all levels. Including beginners.
