Description

This beginner/moderate workout combines the benefits of kettlebell/dumbbell training and Yin Yoga. The class will include 35 minutes of cardio strength training utilizing kettlebells and/or dumb bells and a 35 minute Yin Yoga session to aid in healthy muscle recovery and enrich your mind-body connection.
