Learn to re-set with REST. This class uses Myo-Yin techniques within some traditional yin yoga shapes to find release in our bodies! Use tennis, lacrosse or massage balls to create release in the myofascial tissues surrounding the muscles, to help release trigger points or congested areas within the body. We will focus specifically on areas to release fear and tension, which will enable a REST and RE-SET response
