Jamie DeKoning of Little Lights Yoga will guide you through a Summer Solstice practice.  We will focus on heart and small intestine  - the organs connected to Summer.  Dean Johnson & Diane Gardipy will accompany Jamie with their healing sounds; Indigenous Drum, Rattle & Song.  Sounds to raise your vibration and awaken all your fire and passionate energy!   The evening will be capped off with a sharing circle; completing this evening of healing with a circle of community
