Description
A great class for beginners, those getting back on their mat and practitioners that enjoy a slower but powerful class. Instruction will take everything down to a basic flow class.  This class introduces foundational yoga postures, teaches you how to breathe and helps you feel more comfortable in the yoga practice. You will move mindfully while building both strength and balance on the yoga mat.  Enjoy the power that comes with slowing down and breathing deeply.
