An invigorating Hatha Flow to get the body and energy moving, breathing and twisting out the stresses of the day; both physical and mental.
The second half of the class a grounding & relaxing Yin Practice. Mindful long held held floor based stretches targeting the deep connective tissue, ligaments and fascia of the body.

These two practices combined result in a sense of balance, release of tension - a sense of being in harmony and energetically stabilized.
