On Wednesdays we do Yin! A 60 minute lunchtime Yin class every Wednesday. Step away from your computer at lunchtime and recover from the mid-week blues. Yin Yoga has been shown to improve stress management, calm your mind and body, increase flexibility and reduce joint pain and help practitioners find balance with a more focused mind. Basically, all of the things we need in the middle of a stressful week!
