We have rolled some of our favourite mental-health tools in our tool-box to bring you this fabulous Clinic combining getting outdoors, learning to run and Yoga (Yoga is optional). We will meet every Saturday morning for 6 weeks at Love|Yoga|Grace and hit the river trails for a gentle and supportive introduction to adding running to your heath & wellness routine.
Our goal is to create accessible and inclusive fitness and wellness to as many people as possible - we promise to meet you where you are at and support your big brave heart for trying something new!

We are making room for 18 registrations and will divide the groups into two cohorts.
