Description

This class is a dynamic 75-minute class designed to build strength, stability, and confidence through the magic of yoga. Structured a wee but like a sandwich, we begin with gentle grounding through pranayama (breathwork) before moving into a strong, flowing asana practice.

You can expect a strength-focused sequence with opportunities to explore drills, refine skills. I will always try to respond to the energy or requests of the group.
We close by softening back down and ensuring time for a juicy Savasana.
