課堂目的:有助增加身體柔軟度、心肺鍛練、改善不良姿勢及增加肌肉強健。哈達瑜伽強度低,容易上手適合初學者或平日工作勞累,希望藉此伸展的人士。
日期:逢星期三5:00-6:30 每堂90分鐘

課堂目的:配合呼吸透過瑜珈輪幫助加深伸展的幅度,讓胸、肩、背、髖等部位獲得深層的放鬆。亦可用作練習後彎、開胸開背熱身及訓練平衝力感和核心力量。
