This one day yoga festival will introduce you to how the philosophy of yoga is practiced on the mat, while outside in a tent. Host, In Her Nature canvas tent events is the perfect place to experience and learn from teachers with an advanced background in yoga.
For example; how the sequencing of yoga poses can affect us on a much deeper level than just physically; or how you can create and practice your Dharma (your truth) in/during yoga practice.
