Yin Stretch is a slower paced, more meditative version of yoga. In Yin the stretch poses are held for a long period of time (typically 3-7 minutes or longer) to target connective tissues of ligaments & fascia rather than focusing on the muscles. These stretches are more of a passive hold with little muscular engagement.
