(Bridget Sub) Start your day off with a shortened 30 minute Sunrise Yoga Practice. Coordinate movement and breath to flow from one pose to the next. Modifications will be offered for all levels of students. In this class you will increase flexibility, build strength & stability & incorporate breathe with movement .
