Description
Vinyasa (Vin):
The class typically begins with a Vinyasa flow, a series of dynamic yoga poses that are linked together through breath, building heat and energy in the body.
Yin:
The second half of the class transitions into Yin Yoga, where poses are held for an extended period (often 3-5 minutes or longer) to target deeper connective tissues in the body, promoting flexibility and relaxation.
Benefits:
Vin to Yin classes offer a comprehensive yoga experience, combining the benefits of both styles: increased strength, flexibility, and improved circulation from Vinyasa, along with stress reduction, mental clarity, and deeper tissue release from Yin.
