Preview class for our Fall Schedule that will kick -off 9/9/19 !
Much like Vinyasa yoga, students coordinate breath and movement. This class will focus more on strength, using body weight as a catalyst to becoming stronger. Flexibility and movement will also be woven throughout your practice. *Room is heated to approximately 100 degrees
