In this class we will be moving slower and holding poses for 3-5 breaths. Building strength and increasing flexibility. New/beginner yogis will love the ease of being able to follow along and learn poses while more advanced yogis will enjoy being able to deepen their yoga practice by focusing on breath & stillness.
