Description

This 2 hour workshop is designed for those who have never practiced yoga or who are newer to yoga & seek more personalized attention than might be received in a public class. Gain confidence and familiarity with poses & ideas presented in a yoga class. Learn through demonstration, clear instruction, and proper use of props for safety. Class size is limited in order to ensure each participant receives individualized attention and emphasis on personal limitations or injuries. $30 Fee (includes $25 New Member Special of unlimited classes for first 30 days)
