I have been practicing yoga for over 30 years and have been teaching since 2019. In my yoga classes, as well as the physical practice, I include teachings from sound yoga, breathwork, sound, poetry.
Description
You are warmly invited to join us on New Year's Day 2023 to begin the year in community, in chant, in prayer, in sound with Fran, Mahatmananda/Tadhg, Brenda, Martin & Lucia.
WE ARE NOT LIMITING THE NUMBERS AS THE VENUE CAN TAKE PLENTY FOR KIRTAN - SOUND BATH SPACE MAY BE COSY!
We will begin with chanting sacred chants and mantras to open the heart and connect with the divine in ourselves and each other. You don’t need any ‘singing’ experience or ability and will get to experience the joy of singing together.
Afterwards you are welcome to relax and restore with the sounds Gongs and Tibetan Bowls with the fabulous Brenda.
We hope you will stay for a cuppa and chat, leaving feeling more connected to yourself and others, more renewed and refreshed, a wonderful start to your 2023.
Donations are welcome - all proceeds go to Novas (https://www.novas.ie/). A Limerick based charity that promotes social inclusion through Housing, Health, Recovery.
