Description

Build balanced strength and unlock better movement with this functional yoga-inspired class. We combine bodyweight exercises, mobility drills, and dynamic flows to improve posture, joint health, and overall performance. Practiced in gentle infrared heat (around 32–34°C), the warmth supports flexibility, circulation, and deeper release.

Suitable for all levels, with progressions offered for both beginners and experienced movers.
