A calming evening practice designed to help you slow down and reset.
The class begins with 45 minutes of gentle, breath-led flow to release tension and ease the body.
It closes with a 15-minute sound bath, allowing the nervous system to settle and the mind to soften.

Low-intensity. All levels welcome. Ideal before rest.
