60 minutes · 30-min Gentle Flow with Red Light + 30-min Sound Bath
A calming evening practice designed to help you slow down, reset, and deeply unwind.
The class begins with 45 minutes of gentle, breath-led flow practiced under red light therapy, supporting relaxation, circulation, and muscular recovery while easing tension in the body.
The session closes with a 15-minute sound bath, allowing the nervous system to settle, the mind to soften, and the body to transition into a restful state.
Low intensity. All levels welcome. Ideal before rest.
