Our pregnancy yoga classes are for women in their second trimester onwards.
We will use asanas (postures), to support and strengthen your changing body, with benefits such as improved sleep and relieving tension.
In our classes you will prepare for birth using relaxation and breathing techniques, find a safe place to manage emotions whilst meeting and connecting with other like minded women.
