Breathing correctly is your number one health tool. Your breath can be truly transformative.
Breathing efficiently allows you to take responsibility for your own health and wellness. In this practice, I offer simple and scientifically based breathing techniques to change your breathing habits for a healthier you, a healthier life.
The classes vary in length however there is always an element of calm and tranquility built into the sessions. You will leave grounded, energised, filled with vitality. You will be introduced to different techniques some that will act as a slight stressor to your system to train and strengthen your respiratory system, often with powerful results. All practices are safe and done to your own capabilities. All classes are outlined on the booking page and any precautions are all listed.
