Description

This 45 minute class is Madly Calm’s most intensive breathing class, as it is a movingly internal journey your breathing will take you on.
You will experience a RELEASE, whether that is a physical release of tension, an emotional release of feelings, or just a complete release from a busy mind, every person will have an individual experience, and every time you practice this style of breathing your response will be different, it touches you deeply on many levels.

IF YOU ARE NEW TO BREATH WORK ~ The flow and restorative classes maybe a great place to start if you have not done any breathing practice before so you can progress naturally to a more intensive session. However it is only breathing so if you want to jump in feel free to take the leap!

(NOTE: This style of breath-work class that is NOT suitable for everyone, and there is a list at the bottom of the page with conditions to be aware of).

The class is supported with clear instructions and guidance, always with great music that will keep you motivated, through to the end of the session.

If you are new to breath-work, as with all classes it can be practiced within your own breathing capabilities and aligned with your respiratory health and capacity.

You will feel energised, relaxed and ready for the day ahead.
WHAT DO I NEED:
All you will need is a quiet space, where you can lay down to practice. Have a blanket close by if needed for warmth and a cushion or whatever you need for comfort to be able to lay for 40 minutes.
It is best to tune in with head phones or connect to a bluetooth speaker, but not necessary.

I cannot wait to breathe with you!
With Calmness
