Description

A 45 minute group breath-work class that is suitable for everyone. The class is guided with gentle, clear instructions and always with beautiful soothing music.
Classes will vary with simple, safe and easy to learn techniques.

If you are new to breath-work, all classes can be practiced within your own breathing capabilities, and aligned with your respiratory health and capacity .
Breathing techniques and exercise will allow you to experience and feel, all your breath can do for your physical, mental and emotional health. A flowing combination of accelerated breathing, balanced with slower heart coherence breathing ~ a healthy blend of breath-work diffusing calmness, clarity and openness through your body and mind. You will feel rejuvenated and ready for the day ahead.
WHAT DO I NEED:
All you will need is a quiet space, a cushion if seated on the floor, a comfortable chair or mat/blanket if the technique requires you to lay down to practice. Have a blanket close by if needed for warmth.
It is best to tune in with head phones or connect to a bluetooth speaker, but not necessary.
