Description
An intimate Flow Breathing Practice that is suitable for everyone. The class is guided with gentle, clear instructions and always with beautiful soothing music.
Classes will vary with simple, safe and easy to follow breathing techniques.
If you are new to breath-work, all classes can be practiced within your own breathing capabilities, and aligned with your respiratory health and capacity .
Breathing techniques and exercise will allow you to experience and feel, all your breath can do for your physical, mental and emotional health. A flowing combination of accelerated breathing, balanced with slower heart coherence breathing ~ a healthy blend of breath-work diffusing calmness, clarity and openness through your body and mind.
You will feel RESTORED| NURTURED | REVITALISED

What will I need?
Your Yoga mat and anything you need to feel comfortable and warm, laying for an hour, perhaps a soft pillow.
Wear loose comfortable clothing
