For those who don't live in Den Bosch or Amsterdam and still want to do classes with me. Or for those who prefer to practice from the comfort of their homes. Or for those who prefer to practice on a time that suits them.
You can join live online or via recording. The recording will be send to you after the class (also if you were not able to make it online). The recording will be available for a month, so you will have a month to play with this sequence.
This class will be in English.
This is a dynamic flow yoga class. I let other modalities influence my flow yoga classes, so this is not a super traditional class.
