This class is open to brand-new beginners as well as anyone wishing to review the basics of Iyengar Yoga. The space (Still Yoga) is located on the second floor (above Carbon Health) in the Alvarado Shopping Center. Find free parking in the lot as well as metered and non-metered street parking. The studio has a few props but you will need to bring your own mat and one or 2 blankets.
