These sessions focus on the art of teaching and specific teaching skills associated with the Level 1 syllabus of Iyengar Yoga teacher certification such as sequencing, demonstration, alignment, modification for injuries and many more. The Level 1 group is appropriate for those who are interested in becoming a Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher (CIYT). Drop-ins are welcome and recordings will be provided to all.
