Description
A therapeutic blend of gentle yoga and myofascial release designed to support the health of your fascia—your body’s connective tissue network. This class uses slow, mindful movement and targeted pressure to reduce tension, increase mobility, and promote nervous system regulation. We’ll use props like therapy balls and blocks to release holding patterns and restore ease. All levels welcome.
