Begin with a gentle, flowing vinyasa sequence to release tension and steady the mind before transitioning into our Yin practice, where passive poses are held for several minutes to gently stress connective tissues, including fascia, ligaments, tendons, and joints. This slower, meditative practice helps improve flexibility, release tension, and support mental clarity and inner calm.
