Description
This monthly class gives kids a space to move, play, and learn simple tools to help them feel calm, confident, and connected in their bodies. Through gentle yoga, mindful breathing, and a fun activity, children build body awareness, improve focus, and develop age-appropriate skills for managing big feelings and everyday stress. Classes are playful and engaging while also introducing moments of rest and quiet - helping kids learn how to slow down, listen inward, and regulate their nervous systems in a supportive environment. Recommended ages 4-8.
