Join Kelly for an all-levels asana class. Whether you’ve been practicing for 10 days or 10 years, there’s something for everyone here.

There will be gentle breathing, opening movements, and periods of stillness, within a well-rounded practice designed to leave you feeling looser and more relaxed than when you arrived.

Center the body, calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and reconnect to the breath in this balanced asana practice.

Kelly Chapman is a 200-hour RYT certified yoga teacher and NASM Certified Personal Trainer. He has been teaching yoga full-time since 2024.

He believes yoga is a lifestyle, far beyond physical movement or time spent on the mat. For Kelly, yoga is about how we connect with ourselves and the deeper sense of presence within us. His teaching style reflects this philosophy, blending mindful movement with breath and awareness to support students in cultivating a more grounded and connected way of being.
