The instructions are slow and detailed to improve focus, posture alignment, balance, and breath awareness. In yoga, you will feel the connection to the earth, sky, mountain, ocean, and wind for all levels and ages.
Pre-register in advance.
Arrive early to prevent interruption of class.
Hydrate before class.
Turn off cell phones and pagers.
We supply mats and props.
Payment is at the studio

- 5-class pass $120 ($24 per class) 2-month expiration
- 10-class pass $230 ($23 per class) 3-month expiration
- 20-class pass $400 ($20 per class) -4-month expiration
