Deni has studied extensively at the Ramamani Iyengar Memorial Yoga Institute (RIMYI) in Pune, India, bringing the depth, precision, and authenticity of Iyengar Yoga to Maui.
Description
Each asana is taught with slow, detailed instructions to improve focus, posture alignment, balance, and breath awareness. Feel the connection to the earth, sky, mountain, ocean, and wind.
