Description
In yoga, feel the connection to the earth, sky, mountain, ocean, and wind. Each class is a unique sequence of asanas with slow, detailed instructions to improve focus, posture alignment, balance, and breath awareness.
Pre-register in advance.
Be consistent to progress and heal.
Arrive early to prevent interruption of class.
Hydrate before class.
Do not eat 2 hours before class.
Turn off cell phones and pagers.
We supply mats and props.

- 5-class pass $120 ($24 per class) 2-month expiration
- 10-class pass $230 ($23 per class) 4-month expiration
- 20-class pass $440 ($21 per class) -5-month expiration
