Please make sure to register at least one hour before class starts. You will receive a zoom link 30 minutes before class starts. If you register after that, you can access the link on your account. Join the class 5 minutes early.

The class link will be available for 24 hours and a new link will be sent to you shortly after completion of the class. This is a reminder that the recordings are only available to registered participants.

Each class is a unique, creative sequence teaching the foundations of alignment and balance. Instructions are slow and detailed for all levels of students. As a result, you will build strength, flexibility, balance, clarity, and inner peace with a deeper spiritual connection.
