Each class is a unique, creative sequence of learning the foundations of spinal alignment and balance with slow, detailed demonstrations for all levels. As a result, you will build strength, flexibility, balance, clarity, and inner peace with a deeper spiritual connection.

We supply mats and props.
Payment is at the studio.

5 classes $120 ($24 each) 2-month expiration
10 classes $230 ($23 each) 3-month expiration
20 Classes $400 ($20 each) 4-month expiration
