Founded in 2002 by Deni Roman, Maui Yoga Path is rooted in Iyengar Yoga teachings and a holistic approach to healthy living.
Deni brings a lifetime of dedicated practice in yoga, movement, and spirituality, guiding students toward greater strength, stability, balance, inner freedom, and peace.
Deni has studied extensively at the Ramamani Iyengar Memorial Yoga Institute (RIMYI) in Pune, India, bringing the depth, precision, and authenticity of Iyengar Yoga to Maui.
Description
Each class is a unique, creative sequence of learning the foundations of spinal alignment and balance with slow, detailed demonstrations for all levels. As a result, you will build strength, flexibility, balance, clarity, and inner peace with a deeper spiritual connection. Some experience is necessary.
