Deni Roman, Founder of Maui Yoga Path (est. 2002), is rooted in the teachings of Iyengar Yoga and a holistic approach to healthy living. She brings a lifetime of dedicated practice in yoga, movement, and spirituality, guiding students toward strength, stability, balance, and inner freedom and peace.
Description
Each class is a unique, creative sequence of learning the foundations of spinal alignment and balance with slow, detailed demonstrations for all levels. As a result, you will build strength, flexibility, balance, clarity, and inner peace with a deeper spiritual connection.
