She brings a lifetime of dedicated practice in yoga, movement, and spirituality, guiding students toward strength, stability, balance, and inner freedom and peace.
Description
The instructions are slow and detailed to improve focus, posture alignment, balance, and breath awareness. In yoga, you will feel the connection to the earth, sky, mountain, ocean, and wind for all levels and ages.
