Deni Roman, Founder of Maui Yoga Path (est. 2002), is rooted in the teachings of Iyengar Yoga and a holistic approach to healthy living. She brings a lifetime of dedicated practice in yoga, movement, and spirituality, guiding students toward strength, stability, balance, and inner freedom and peace.
Description
Be held in nature's beauty, with a focus on improving posture. This will facilitate a focused mind, breath awareness, stretching, and the release of strain and stress. Attend daily if you can and return home stretched in body and mind.
