Founded in 2002 by Deni Roman, Maui Yoga Path is rooted in Iyengar Yoga teachings and a holistic approach to healthy living.
Deni brings a lifetime of dedicated practice in yoga, movement, and spirituality, guiding students toward greater strength, stability, balance, inner freedom, and peace.
Deni has studied extensively at the Ramamani Iyengar Memorial Yoga Institute (RIMYI) in Pune, India, bringing the depth, precision, and authenticity of Iyengar Yoga to Maui.
Description
This fun, flowing class includes asana, body conditioning, and deep relaxation, with music to nurture the soul. You will begin to maintain balance and find ease in your body.
