Founded in 2002 by Deni Roman, Maui Yoga Path is rooted in Iyengar Yoga teachings and a holistic approach to healthy living.
Deni brings a lifetime of dedicated practice in yoga, movement, and spirituality, guiding students toward greater strength, stability, balance, inner freedom, and peace.
Deni has studied extensively at the Ramamani Iyengar Memorial Yoga Institute (RIMYI) in Pune, India, bringing the depth, precision, and authenticity of Iyengar Yoga to Maui.
Description
This slow-flowing class with music includes asana, body conditioning, and relaxation. You will develop balance and find ease in your hips and shoulders.
