Get inspired to develop your home practice. Each class is a unique, creative sequence of learning the foundations of spinal alignment and balance with slow, detailed demonstrations for all levels. As a result, you will build strength, flexibility, balance, clarity, and inner peace with a deeper spiritual connection.
Come 10 minutes early to register and settle in.
We supply mats and props.
