Description
Each class is a unique, creative sequence of learning the foundations of spinal alignment and balance with slow, detailed instructions with demonstrations. As a result, you will build strength, flexibility, balance, clarity, and inner peace with a deeper spiritual connection.
Pre-register in advance.
Arrive early to prevent interruption of class.
Hydrate before class.
Do not eat 2 hours before class.
Turn off cell phones and pagers.
We supply mats and props.
Payment is at the studio

- 5-class pass $120 ($24 per class) 2-month expiration
- 10-class pass $230 ($23 per class) 4-month expiration
- 20-class pass $440 ($22 per class) -5-month expiration
